Overview

After washing the ribs, soak them in water for a while to remove the blood; wash them and drain them;

Drain the pork ribs and add half a spoonful of sugar;

Then pour an appropriate amount of sesame oil, add ginger slices, stir evenly, and marinate for 3-4 hours;

Take out the marinated ribs and put on the flattened tempeh and minced garlic; you don’t need to chop the tempeh, just flatten it, otherwise the finished product will not be good;

Then add salt, pepper, and rice wine to the ribs, stir evenly, and marinate for 15 minutes;

Add appropriate amount of water to the starch, stir into thick wet starch, put the ribs in, and coat with a layer of wet starch;

After everything is coated in wet starch, steam it in a pot over boiling water for 30 minutes.
