Black and white sesame tofu
Overview
Have you ever eaten traditional tofu, or lactone tofu, or even almond tofu? I’ve also heard of rice tofu. Have you ever eaten sesame tofu? Because I got a new food processor with a broken wall, I tried the machine. Isn’t it novel to make tofu from black and white sesame seeds? It tastes very good. Prepare the materials, divide the sugar into two parts (one part is 25g), two parts of agar powder (one part is 4g), and divide the water into two parts (one part is 320ml)

Add the ground sesame paste to the soaked agar, cook over low heat until the agar melts, stirring during the process to avoid sticking

Or even simpler, dice the soaked agar in a microwave until it melts, or cook it in a pot over low heat until it melts (steaming is also acceptable), pour it into the ground sesame paste, then start the food processor and beat it evenly, provided that the water used is cooked

Finally, pour it into a container and wait for it to solidify naturally. It is winter now and it will solidify in a short time. If it is summer, you can put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies
