Wash and cut taro into small pieces

Put it in a juicer and crush it

Crush it and put it into a bowl for later use

Put the fat meat in the pot and fry the oil until it turns into lard residue (low heat). You can use a little more oil residue to taste very fragrant. If there is a lot of oil, you can use a small bowl to hold the fried oil for later use. This dish does not need a lot of oil. Add the minced meat and stir-fry. Then add a little soy sauce.

Pour in the crushed taro, add a bowl of water, and cook over medium-low heat until the soup is thick and cooked. Stir constantly during the cooking process to prevent the pot from being scorched.
