As the saying goes: Nanjing Big Carrot. Yanghua radish is the favorite vegetable of Nanjing people. Whenever it is sold in the vegetable market, the family will buy it and eat it cold. Needless to say, the medicinal value of radish.

Wash the radishes and set aside (remove the roots and cherry blossoms), make homemade apple cider vinegar, and salt.

Flatten the radish with the back of a knife and sprinkle with a little salt (for flavor).

Pour apple cider vinegar and sesame oil on the radishes in step 2 and serve.
