Remove the roots from spinach, wash and set aside

Soak the yuba in cold water for 5 hours and cut into sections.

Boil the water in the pot, blanch the yuba (note: the time should not be too long, 5 seconds is sufficient), remove, cover with cold water, drain and set aside

Put a few drops of oil in the pot, continue to boil, add spinach, take it out when it turns green, and pour cold water.

Drain the spinach and cut into chunks.

Mince ginger and garlic.

Add minced ginger and garlic to spinach and yuba, add appropriate amount of salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, and a small amount of sesame oil

Dry the pot with cold oil, add an appropriate amount of peppercorns, and turn off the heat when smoke comes out from the side of the pot. Pour the pepper oil over the minced ginger and garlic while it's hot, stir evenly, and serve.
