Overview
Using the simplest ingredients, milk/eggs/yeast powder/sugar, salt and corn oil, without adding butter or kneading out the glove film, the bread you make is not only silky, but also crispy on the outside and soft and elastic on the inside. No additives, making it yourself is healthier.

Pour refrigerated or room temperature milk into the bucket of a bread machine or chef's machine, and pour in the yeast powder.

After covering the surface of the liquid with cake flour, add sugar and salt.

Add eggs and corn oil to the surface and start the dough mixing process.

After completing the dough mixing process (about 30 minutes), take it out.

Form the dough into a ball, cover it in a basin, and ferment at room temperature.

After about 70 minutes, ferment until doubled in size.

Take it out, release the air from the dough, and let it rest for a while.

Make the squeezed bread dough: With the help of a kitchen scale, divide the dough into 12 pieces of 50 grams each, and form into a ball.

Place in the mold, arrange them one by one, cover and ferment at room temperature, set aside.

Making the sun: Take the remaining dough, roll it into thin slices, brush the middle of each piece with oil, and stack them together as shown in the picture, do not cut off the edges.

Flip the center out and repeat the previous step.

Stack the two pieces together, fill the middle with a little ball of dough, and set aside to ferment.

To make wheat ears: roll a piece of dough into a thin sheet and cut it into thin strips. With another hand, roll a small piece of dough into a pointed shape and a round shape, and stick it on top in opposite order.

Do this with all the ears of wheat.

Wait until the bread embryo has fermented to about 1.5 times in size.

Mix the egg yolk and water in the auxiliary ingredients thoroughly and brush it evenly on top.

Place the prepared wheat ears on top.

After placing the sun in a suitable position, brush the surface with egg wash.

Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake at 155 degrees for about 30 minutes. The specific time and temperature should be increased or decreased according to the actual furnace temperature of different ovens.
