Steps
-
Put all the main ingredients except butter into a basin and weigh accurately. Knead the dough until a thick film can be pulled out, add butter and continue kneading.
-
After kneading the dough to the expansion stage, roll it into a ball and place it in a container for basic fermentation.
-
Now when making bread at room temperature, the basic fermentation is completed in about an hour, and the volume ferments to twice the original volume.
-
Divide the fermented dough into six equal portions, roll into a ball and let rest for 10 minutes. The dough is relatively moist and requires an appropriate amount of hand flour.
-
Take one of the relaxed dough, shape it as shown in the picture above, use a rolling pin to roll out three corners, and apply an appropriate amount of apricot jam as filling on the bulging triangle in the middle.
-
Press the three rolled corners one by one to form a triangle inside the bag as shown in the picture above. Press the extra edges to the bottom of the triangle to prevent them from exploding during baking.
-
After all shapes are completed, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper for secondary fermentation, and sift high flour on the surface for decoration.
-
After the second fermentation is completed, the bread will obviously become larger. It is best to press it lightly and rebound slowly.
-
Place in the preheated oven, heat up and down to 180 degrees, and bake for about 22 minutes.
