Ingredients
Steps
-
First take 250 grams of white flour, add 3 grams of cocoa powder, and mix well!
-
Dissolve yeast, baking powder, and sugar with warm water, and add a little bit of sesame oil to it (this will make the steamed buns softer! You can also skip it)
-
The cocoa powder dough is well kneaded and ready to rise!
-
Mix 350 grams of white flour into a dough and let it rise to about the same size!
-
Look at the dough rising (about fifteen minutes)
-
Calender the white dough with a dough press (press it in one pan, then fold it in half, and roll it slightly wider with a rolling pin!!!) as shown in the picture
-
The cocoa powder dough is made the same way
-
The white dough is slightly wider than the cocoa powder dough, as shown in the picture (spread a little water on the white dough to help it stick together)
-
Then roll it up, and apply a little water on the edge to roll it up!
-
Roll it up, hold the knife at an angle and make cuts on the surface (do not cut through)
-
Then use the back of the knife to press out stripes on the surface (press between the cuts, you can see it in the picture)

-
Then cut into steamed buns and put them on the chopping board to rise! (You can decide the size by yourself)
-
The second filial piety is very important! (I proofed it for about half an hour. The weather was cold, so I tried my best to make it as good as possible!) The risen steamed buns are very light in your hand, which means they are ready😄
-
Grease the steamer with oil and place the risen steamed buns! Steam over high heat for fifteen minutes and then take it out! (Turn off the heat and simmer for two minutes before taking off the lid)
-
It’s ready
-
So much steamed! 😂
-
It was so soft that my son wanted to eat three of them, but I was so scared that I didn’t give them to him! Afraid of eating too much!
