Tomato fish fillet
Overview
I went to the vegetable market after eleven o'clock. I wanted to buy grass carp and make soup and make fish balls, but I went too late and didn't buy anything. I bought a carp instead. The original plan cannot be carried out and the approach must be changed. Carp has tender meat, so just make it into fish fillets. If there are children at home, the taste of the children must be taken into consideration in any dish. You cannot use chili peppers or watercress. Just add a tomato to make it sweet and sour.

Remove the head and tail of the fish. Cut into small pieces with bones, add cooking wine, salt, chopped green onion, ginger and light soy sauce to marinate.

Chop onions and ginger, and cut tomatoes into cubes

Take a clean plate, pour starch, and coat the marinated fish pieces in dry starch one by one.

Heat oil in a wok, add fish pieces and fry until the surface turns brown.

Leave oil in the bottom of the pot and sauté the onion and ginger.

Add the tomato pieces and stir-fry until they become sandy.

Return the fried fish pieces to the pot, pour in the soup used to marinate the fish, and then heat the water or fish stock as appropriate.

Add sugar and vinegar to taste and simmer over low heat until the soup is almost dry. Take out of the pan and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
