Overview

  1. Purple cabbage into juice

  6. Take out the dough, deflate it, roll it into a round shape and divide it into 4 parts. Roll one part into a long strip

  8. Prepare the remaining 3 pieces of dough and place them in the bread barrel for secondary fermentation (take out the mixing stick from the bread barrel)
