To get ready, cut the tomatoes into cubes and cut off the garlic.

Marinate the shrimps in corn starch for a while so they taste smoother and tender.

Heat the oil pan until it is six-mature, pour in corn oil, tomatoes and garlic leaves.

Pour in the shrimp and stir-fry quickly over high heat for one minute.

Stir-fry evenly.

Add a spoonful of salt.

Reduce the juice over high heat and serve.
