Overview
My daughter’s classmate had a birthday last Saturday, and the whole class went on a spring outing together. In addition to preparing birthday gifts, my daughter also made some cookies herself (under my guidance) and took them with her.

Steps
-
After the butter is softened, add fine sugar and beat until the volume becomes larger and the color becomes white.
-
Add eggs a little at a time, beating well after each addition before adding the next.
-
Sift in cake flour. (From this point on, it’s my daughter who takes action)
-
Turn the dough out onto the counter and use your hands to form a dough.
-
Add rose paste and mix well.
-
Spread a layer of plastic wrap on the countertop, put an appropriate amount of biscuit dough, cover it with a layer of plastic wrap, gently roll it into a dough about 3mm thick, move it to the refrigerator to freeze for about 5 minutes, take it out, and carve out biscuits with a mold.
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, with upper and lower heat, and bake for about 15 minutes.
