Radish stewed with tofu
Overview
In our small town, people have a special preference for green radishes. Local farmers grow all green radishes, while few people grow white radishes. Every late autumn, a large number of green radishes are on the market, and residents usually buy some and store them for the winter. The skin is slightly spicy when eaten raw, but it has a different flavor when stewed. It is absolutely delicious when paired with seafood or rotten vegetables.
