Peach cake

Peach cake

Overview

I made this and brought it to Beijing last September when I sent my son off to school. My uncle is over 90 years old and my niece is 2 years old. This peach cake is crispy, delicious and melts in your mouth. It is very suitable for the elderly and children! And it’s very simple to make, just mix all the ingredients and bake. Walnut kernels are rich in protein, amino acids and mineral elements. They have high nutritional value and can moisturize the lungs and strengthen the kidneys, lower blood lipids, and prevent coronary heart disease. Long-term consumption has the effects of longevity, beauty, and anti-aging.
