Prawns in Oyster Sauce
Overview
Yesterday I went back to my parents' house. I bought a lot of vegetables and decided to cook a delicious meal for my mother's family. Because my grandparents are old and can’t eat food with too much seasoning, I made a simple and delicious dish of prawns in oyster sauce. The whole process is very simple, even those who don’t know how to cook can easily make it!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Open the back of the prawns, remove the shrimp lines, remove the beards, clean and set aside
-
Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant
-
Put the prawns into the pot, cover with lid and simmer
-
Turn over once during this period
-
Just wait until both sides are simmered until the oil changes color and dries up (this process is done with a lid, otherwise the prawns will be difficult to cook)
-
Add two tablespoons of oyster sauce
-
Add a spoonful of light soy sauce, mix the seasonings and stir-fry the prawns evenly
-
Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onions and stir-fry a few times before serving!
-
Finally, it’s time to put the dishes on the plate and start eating.
