Pour the flour, sesame powder, sugar, salt, water, yeast and lard into the bread machine and stir to make the dough for about 2 hours.

While waiting for the dough to rise, slice the ham and fry it

Knead the risen dough into strips, apply some peanut oil and tie it into a knot

Sandwich the ham slices between the knots

After the shape is completed, wait for half an hour for secondary fermentation. After it has grown bigger, steam over high heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 15 minutes
