One pack of instant noodles, two eggs

Accessories: chopped green onion, appropriate amount of black sesame seeds

Add salt and pepper to the egg liquid and stir well

Put the instant noodles into a bowl, pour boiling water and soak for 1 minute. Remove and control the water

Heat a non-stick pan, pour in appropriate amount of oil, put in the dough and pour in the egg liquid

Fry both sides until golden brown and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onion
