Overview
There are a lot of fresh mushrooms sold recently, so I bought some. I really like eating mushrooms. They have high nutritional value. They are simple to make and are delicious with rice🍚😊

Soak the fresh mushrooms in a basin with water, sprinkle with some dry flour, and then stir clockwise to clean the dirt on the mushrooms.

Remove the roots of the shiitake mushrooms and set aside

Slice mushrooms and shred red and green peppers.

Add oil to the wok, stir-fry the green pepper first, then add the mushrooms. The mushrooms have their own fragrance, so all onions, ginger and garlic are omitted😜. After frying, add salt, pepper noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, and take it out of the pan. The mushrooms are so tender and fragrant😄
