Peel the beibei pumpkin and cut into small pieces.

Add glutinous rice flour and flour and knead into a soft dough that is not sticky. (If it’s too wet, add some glutinous rice flour; if it’s too dry, add some milk or water.)

Take about 60 grams of dough and roll it into a ball.

Knead it open with your hands and add the bean paste filling. (The bean paste I bought is sweeter, so I didn’t add sugar to the dough.)

Wrap it tightly, flatten slightly, and dip both sides with white sesame seeds. (Both raw and cooked sesame seeds are acceptable.)

Heat the oil in the pan, put the pumpkin pie in and fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
