Prepare cowpeas and lean meat

Break off both ends of the cowpea, wash and cut into large pieces

Cut the meat into mince, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce and starch, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

Put oil in the pot, add minced meat and stir-fry

Add in the cowpea seeds and stir-fry together, add a little water and cover to simmer for 3 minutes. Add salt and light soy sauce to taste
