-
Process the ingredients, wash the beans, remove both ends, break into inches, cut the pork belly into thin slices, mince the garlic and chop the chives.
-
Put a little cooking oil in the pot, add the sliced pork belly and stir-fry until the pork belly is transparent and spits oil, the edges are curled, and the surface is browned. Add the chopped green onion, ginger slices, and minced garlic and stir-fry until the aroma is released. (Reserve half of the minced garlic for last use).
-
After the spices are fragrant, cook the cooking wine along the edge of the pot.
-
Add 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce. Stir-fry 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce until the pork belly is coloured.
-
After the pork belly is browned, add in the chopped beans and stir-fry.
-
Stir-fry the beans to release the water vapor and change the color of the beans.
