Blanch pork belly and slice into pieces for later use

Chop green peppers, red peppers and onions and set aside

Heat a little oil in a pot, add pork belly slices and stir-fry over medium-low heat

Stir-fry until browned and set aside.

Leave some oil in the pot, sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant, add the green and red peppers, and stir-fry the onions

Pour in the pork belly slices and continue to stir-fry

Add appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt and bean paste, stir-fry evenly over high heat and serve.
