Overview
I have been researching New Year dishes recently. I want to use the most common ingredients to make the most delicious dishes. Otherwise, every year my mother and my mother-in-law make the same New Year dishes that they have eaten for at least 20 years. This year, I want to make some more creative dishes that are not often eaten. I read the year-end summaries of many gourmet friends, and I think everyone is so awesome. Look at the house-full of gold and silver dish I made today - Guotai Tofu Box. It tastes very good. It is brightly colored, rich in ingredients, simple to make, and very delicious. It is very suitable for eating during the Chinese New Year. You can't always eat big fish and meat during the Chinese New Year. Now that conditions are better, fish and meat are often eaten. I think the dishes made with fish and meat are much more delicious than pure meat. This dish is a classic dish! The first time I made it, it was a success. Xiaoyu and I ate it at noon. I also made a plate for my husband to eat in the evening. My husband also said it was delicious, haha. It is really a sense of accomplishment to make delicious food!

Cut the tofu into 8 cm long, 6 cm wide and 5 mm thick tofu slices

Prepare all the tofu boxes for use

Wash the carrots, cucumbers and sausages and cut them into small cubes. Wash the coriander and chop them into small pieces and set aside

Take a small bowl, add soy sauce, sugar, salt, chopped carrots, cucumbers, and sausages, mix well and set aside

Put oil in the pot, a little more

Put the prepared tofu box into the pan and fry

After one side turns golden, you can turn it over. Be careful not to break it

When both sides of the tofu are golden brown, you can add the prepared sauce. Start stewing the tofu over high heat so that each piece of tofu is immersed in the soup and the tofu is flavorful
