Cut the beef brisket into small pieces, put cold water, cooking wine, green onion, ginger and garlic into the pot, pour in the beef brisket, bring to a boil and remove the blood foam. Remove the brisket from the electric pressure cooker.

Peel tomatoes and cut into cubes, peel onions and cut into cubes. Pour the beef into the pot, add appropriate amount of salt and dark soy sauce. I don't add other seasonings so that the original flavor can be maintained. Pour in a bowl of hot water. Because the electric pressure cooker has plenty of steam, there is no need to put a lot of water. Cover the pot and simmer for 30 minutes.
