Cut the front leg meat into small pieces, add pepper and peanut oil and mince it into mince.

Remove the heads and tails of the green beans and cut into sections about 4cm long.

Mince the ginger, mince the garlic, and cut the dried chilies into sections.

Heat oil in a pan, fry green beans on medium heat for one minute.

Serve fried green beans to control oil.

Leave oil in the pot, add minced meat and stir-fry until it changes colour.

Add minced ginger, minced garlic, and dried chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in half a spoonful of dark soy sauce and stir-fry until coloured.
