Cumin bean dregs cake
Overview
This is a small pancake that doesn’t look very pretty, but is very healthy. The tofu dregs filtered out from black bean soy milk are added with wheat flour to fry shortcakes, and cumin is used as the main seasoning. The bean dregs cake has a barbecue flavor. Adding carrots to the pancake makes it taste better. It's really healthy and delicious, very good.

Wash and chop carrots and onions.

Add salt and pepper and mix well.

Add cumin powder and mix well.

Add appropriate amount of water and mix evenly to form a cake batter.
