Lung Nourishing Tea
Overview
There are many formulas for lung-moistening tea. The one I made is relatively simple. It mainly uses loquat leaves and longli leaves. Both of them have the effect of clearing away heat and moistening the lungs, resolving phlegm and relieving coughs. The rest of the tangerine peel, Luo Han Guo, and candied dates have similar effects. As for why it needs to be mixed with eggs, I don’t understand. Anyway, this is how the elderly at home make it, so follow it!

Prepare materials

After cleaning all the ingredients, put them in the pot and add the appropriate amount of cold water
