Cowpeas, peppers, pork rinds and pickles
Overview
The hot weather continues and the heat is unbearable. Going out is like being wrapped in an electric mattress and steaming! It's extremely hot and sunny; if I'm lucky, I'd like to have a bowl of rice with rice and two bites of pickles, fill my belly and lie down on a bamboo mat for a happy time. Cowpeas, pork rinds, peppers, and potatoes can sometimes hurt your stomach! Mellow and fragrant meat aroma, tender and juicy texture, and an aftertaste that lingers on the teeth and cheeks...
