Ginger vegetable and potato soup
Overview
The fresh flavor of the ginger chatou dish looks just like the mixed ginger that is often eaten at home in summer. As thin as a cicada's wing, with a salty and fresh taste, it is suitable for eating with meals. It happens that potatoes are good, so I can make a light potato soup, served with ginger vegetables, which is both vegetable and rice. It is light and refreshing.
