Mushroom and shrimp skin noodles
Overview
When I go home at noon today, I wash the dried shrimps and shiitake mushrooms, dry them in a low-temperature oven and let them cool. Then I grind them with a grinder when I come back in the evening. The healthy and delicious shiitake mushrooms and dried shrimps powder is ready! It’s really fresh!

Ingredients
Steps
-
The bagged shrimp skin bought in the supermarket has a salty taste
-
Soak the shrimp skin in water and a little cooking wine for a while, remove and squeeze out the water, change the water and soak again
-
Take it out and squeeze out the water
-
Wash the prepared dried mushrooms with warm water to remove the dust on the outside. Do not soak them for too long, otherwise it will take a long time to dry them
-
Cut into small pieces
-
Put the mushrooms and dried shrimps into the baking pan
-
Put in the middle rack of the oven, turn the heat up and down, 100 degrees, and bake for 2 hours
-
Take it out until it is dry and brittle to the touch and set aside to cool
-
Place the cooking cup on the base and pour in the roasted mushrooms and dried shrimps
-
Turn down the switch and start grinding; you can clearly see the transition from coarse-grained at the beginning to powdery at the end
