Ingredients
Steps
-
Put the flour. milk powder. Baking powder. baking soda. salt. sugar. Mix together, beat eggs and set aside. Milk for backup
-
Cut the softened butter into small pieces and add it to the flour mixture. Wear gloves and grasp until it forms a floc. You can take some out and make the soufflé on the surface later, just a little bit is enough
-
Then add egg liquid! Leave a little of the egg liquid behind and brush the surface. Add the rest and mix well. When adding milk, I use 40 grams. Look at the increase or decrease in the amount of water absorbed by the flour! Knead the flour into dough! Fold it a few times and divide it into two equal-sized pieces of dough! Press the dough into a thin round cake
-
Spread a layer of honey beans on a round cake
-
Cover with another round cake. Pinch the edges a little!
-
Brush with a layer of egg wash and spread a layer of honey beans and soufflé! I didn’t have enough honey beans, so I used some sliced almonds to make up for it! Tastes good
-
Press gently with your hands to coat the honey bean almond soufflé with the egg liquid! Then divide into 6 pieces.
-
Relax at room temperature for half an hour! The weather is now dry. I put it in the oven.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees! Bake on the middle rack for about 20 minutes! Look at the coloring!
-
Once cooled to hand temperature, you can use it. If you haven’t finished eating, keep it in an airtight packaging! When eating, heat it in the microwave for 3 minutes
