Yuqian Wotou
Overview
Yuqian is a unique delicacy in spring. If you pick too much, you can eat it all. If you make it into Yuqian steamed buns, you can eat it for a while. I used to eat the elm money steamed bread made by my mother every spring. Looking back, the fragrance of elm money still lingers between my lips and teeth. My aunt who lives in the countryside brought a bag of elm money this time. She suddenly missed the taste of elm money steamed bread, so she steamed it by herself. It was very delicious, and it still tasted like the taste she had when she was a child.
