Wash green vegetables and onions.

Cut green onions into sections.

Heat oil in pan.

Add scallions and sauté until fragrant.

Add light soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce, and turn off the heat.

Remove the scallions and put them in a bowl.

Add water to the pot.
