First heat the oil over low heat

Prepare seasonings

When the oil is hot, pour the cumin into the pot

Put the meat into the pot and stir-fry until it changes color

Add salt, pepper, chopped green onion and soy sauce and continue stir-frying

Add a small amount of water until the water is gone and then add an appropriate amount of chili powder

The finished cumin meat slices are ready!

There is no chili in this lighter dish. My brother doesn’t like chili, so I can only make it for him alone...
