Stewed Chicken Soup
Overview
When drinking soup at home, make it slowly if you have time; the simplest one is undoubtedly chicken soup. The key to a delicious pot of clear chicken soup is not spices, accessories and ingredients, but good quality chicken and loving patience.

Wash the fresh chicken and chop into large pieces;

Pour cold water into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat for about 2 minutes, and remove the foam;

Take out the chicken pieces and rinse them with hot water that is not scalding;

Put it into a saucepan and add enough water;

Put green onions, ginger, star anise and cooked ham into tea bags; (you can omit it if you don’t have ham)

Put the seasoning bag into the saucepan together;

The fire is boiling and the foam is blown away again;

Turn to low heat, cover the pot and simmer for 3 hours until the chicken is cooked. Add appropriate amount of salt at the end.
