Prepare a small pot of diced vegetables of various colors, stir-fry until half cooked and serve on a plate.

Cut the fresh pineapple in half, cut the pineapple flesh into small pieces and soak in salt water for later use. Clean the pineapple shells and set aside.

Fry the rice until cooked, add the fried diced vegetables of various colors and the pineapple soaked in salt water, stir-fry for a minute, put it into the pineapple shell and serve. The biggest advantage of this pineapple fried rice is that you don’t have to wash the dishes after eating it😄
