Shredded radish in oyster sauce
Overview
I made four dishes out of a Huaxinxinmei radish, braised, cold, sweet, salty, sweet and sour, haha, I ate the radish every time.

Prepare the beautiful radish in your heart.

Use a grater to rub into thin strips.

Cut the coriander into thick pieces and put it into the basin together with the shredded radish.

Add oyster sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and a little sugar to make a bowl of juice, and pour it into the shredded vegetables.
