Sliced Beef Ribs

Add light soy sauce, five-spice powder, and starch. Marinate with cooking wine

Soak the hazelnut mushrooms in water for one hour, then wash them and change the water to soak the hazelnut mushrooms (this water will be used for the soup)

Chives, green garlic (you can also use garlic cloves, I just use whatever I have on hand)

Mince onion and garlic and set aside

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok, add the onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

Add the mushrooms to the wok after waiting for water, and add the marinated beef at the same time. Stir evenly and bring to a boil over high heat

Add scallions, sugar, cooking wine, and dried chili peppers. Cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for half an hour

Add salt and chicken essence to taste and serve
