Overview
This toast is a simple toast, which is milk toast with some black currants and raisins added. Although not much is added, the nutritional content of the whole toast is greatly improved because the black currants and raisins are rich in nutrients

Steps

Put all the main ingredients except butter into the bread machine

Start a dough kneading program and then add softened butter, start a dough kneading program again, and knead the dough to the expansion stage

The glove film can be pulled out

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size.

After fermentation, deflate the dough and cover it with plastic wrap to rest for 10 minutes

Wash the blackcurrants and raisins and dry them.

Take a piece of dough, roll it into a long shape, put a layer of raisins on it, and then roll it up

Place into the toast mold, keep moist and ferment until doubled in size

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes and bake for 35 minutes

Unmold the baked toast immediately,

Break open the toast which is brushed and very soft
