Put water, maltose and sugar into a pot and heat until boiling, then turn off the heat, pour in 2/3 of the glutinous rice flour and mix well, then add the remaining 1/3 of the glutinous rice flour one after another and knead into a dough

Roll the dough into dough, cut into strips, round and cut into sections for later use
