Overview
This biscuit has been well received by my son. When I ran out of biscuits, he asked me for some. I made some more today and almost ran out of them. This recipe is small and you can double the amount if you want to make more. I can make almost 20 with this recipe

Soften the butter at room temperature, add the sugar and mix well

Knead the dough with your hands and refrigerate it in the refrigerator for more than half an hour. The purpose of refrigeration is to allow the sugar to melt. If you want a grainy texture, you don’t need to refrigerate it

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for ten minutes, turn the heat to 170 degrees Celsius and lower the heat to 150 degrees Celsius. Bake for about 15 minutes. It depends on the degree of baking of the biscuits and the thickness of the biscuits
