Ice meat
Overview
I don’t usually like to eat fatty meat. Every time I buy meat, I always separate the lean meat and fat meat, store the fat meat, and make iced meat whenever I have time. The marinated fat meat is as white as ice and translucent, so it is called ice meat.

Peel and wash the fatty meat.

Cut the fat into thin strips.

Then cut into small dices, the smaller the better.

Add water to the pot and boil the diced fat pork for about 3 minutes.

After turning off the heat, rinse the fat cubes.

Take a large bowl with a lid, put the diced meat in it, and add 6 tablespoons of white wine.

Close the lid.

Put it into a plastic bag, seal it tightly, and put it in the refrigerator.

The ice meat will be marinated in about 15-20 days, and can be used as many snack ingredients.
