Oden
Overview
Oden originates from the Kanto region of Japan. In fact, in Northeast China, they call it a hodgepodge. In Hunan and Sichuan areas, it is called Malatang. Because there are relatively many ingredients, the nutrition is quite comprehensive! As long as the ingredients can be used to wash the hot pot, you can basically cook it.

Have all ingredients ready. As long as it can be cooked in a hot pot, you can cook it.

Blanch the pork ribs and simmer for an hour to make soup. Note that no salt is needed in the soup.

Add tofu, kelp, various kinds of meatballs and duck delicacies and other ingredients that are not easy to cook. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add an appropriate amount of Kuke 100 oden seasoning. (Add slowly, don't make the flavor too strong) Simmer for another 10 minutes.

Add enoki mushrooms, vegetables and other ingredients that are easy to cook. When the soup boils, turn off the heat and enjoy! You can also add green vegetables while eating, just like cooking hot pot.
