Overview
When I was pickling fish last winter, I saw a lot of small crucian carp for sale in the market. They were very cheap. They cost two yuan a pound. I bought one for twenty yuan. I went home and washed the small fish, removed the scales, intestines, and gills. I marinated it with salt overnight, dried it, and put it away. What were I thinking? When it’s time to eat, I take out a few strips, wash them in water, soak them for a while, and fry them, and they become a very good snack. Today I mixed them with chopped peppers and fried dried fish, and they are a very good side dish. No one can help but eat an extra bowl of rice!

Prepare the raw materials;
