After soaking the scallops, wash the ingredients and set aside.

Stir the meat filling with soy sauce and oyster sauce, peel and chop the yam and carrot finely, add the meat filling, add salt and sesame oil and mix well.

Blanch the cabbage in boiling water. (Put some salt in the water)

Wrap each vegetable leaf with the meat filling and wrap tightly.

Wrap green onions and place on a plate. Place soaked scallops on top. Put water in a steamer and steam for 8 minutes.

Put a little oil in the pot, steam the vegetable buns, pour the remaining water in the pan into the pot, add a thin layer of corn starch and gravy and pour it on the vegetable buns.

Hook it up and pour some thin cornstarch gravy on the vegetable buns.
