Raisin Walnut Banana Whole Wheat Bread
Overview
I was about to devote myself to the dates, but I found that the bananas did not wait for anyone. There happens to be whole wheat banana bread. Pure whole wheat, lots of bananas. I couldn't help but think about the sweetness of bananas and reduced some of the sugar. Super quick, make it into a small round shape, it is a muffin. Since it is called bread, it is better to bake it into rectangular strips in a rectangular mold and then cut it into slices, which will be closer to bread in form. I didn't imagine how tall it would grow, but through the glass door I saw that the highest peak of the bulge was already approaching the upper edge of the mold. So it turns out that baking soda has such a good rising power? Full of bananas, plus walnuts and raisins, fragrant. . . .
