Fennel and Egg Dumplings
Overview
The fillings are also made with fennel and eggs. Last time I made vegetable pancakes, this time I made dumplings. The texture is indeed different, but they are both delicious.

Wash, drain and mince fennel

Stir-fried eggs

Add the minced fennel to the egg pan

Add appropriate amount of salt

Mix well

Roll the dough into dumpling wrappers

Put the filling

Wrap into dumpling shape

Boil water until the dumplings are cooked
