Bacon rolls
Overview
The kids have been asking me lately when I'm going to make bacon buns? In fact, I was very busy during this period. I was so busy that I didn’t have time to bake bread. The children asked a lot, which meant they really wanted to eat it. So after closing the store last night, I made these small bacon rolls for them. It was already 1 o’clock in the morning when they were baked. It was just for breakfast in the morning. After returning home from school at noon, the two little guys killed 2 more each.

Steps
-
Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine in order of liquid first and then powder, and start a dough mixing process.
-
After one dough kneading program is completed, add softened butter and start another dough kneading program. At this time, the expansion stage has been reached and basic fermentation is carried out.
-
Ferment until doubled in size, remove and deflate, divide into 12 equal parts, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes.
-
Take a piece of dough, flatten it, roll it into a long tongue shape or a rectangular shape, and squeeze a little salad dressing on it.
-
Place a piece of bacon prepared in advance.
-
Roll up, pressing the bacon roll with a little pressure when rolling.
-
Make other dough in the same way and put it on a grill lined with oil paper for secondary fermentation. After fermentation, brush with a layer of whole egg wash.
-
Put it into the middle rack of the preheated oven and heat it up and down to 175 degrees for 20 minutes.
-
Bake until the surface is golden brown.
