Water chestnut pork dumplings
Overview
My mother likes to add water chestnuts to pork dumplings. Now I follow my mother's example and add a little mustard to it. It's really delicious!

Make the stuffing first, prepare minced pork, water chestnuts and pickled mustard and cut into small cubes

Then pour the water chestnuts and mustard into the meat

Add all the seasonings and mix well in one direction

Finally add the chopped green onion and mix well, the meat filling is ready

Add water to the flour

Use chopsticks to stir into flocculent form

Knead into a smooth dough, then cover with plastic wrap and rest for 30 minutes

Roll out the rested dough into thin dough

Then use a round mold to print out round dumpling wrappers

Make everything ready and sprinkle some dry flour to prevent sticking

Take a dumpling wrapper, put the meat filling in the middle, and wrap it up

Do everything like this, heat the water in the pot, put it in and cook it, then take it out!
