This dish is called Bawang Chicken Legs. It is a dish created by food expert Zuo Zhuang and is inspired by the Bawang dish whose preparation method has been lost. Old people often say that Bawang cuisine is the most delicious dish. According to legend, it was created by Xiang Yu's army chef. The meat must have been pickled during the march, so the idea of this dish came up.
